How to Use

There are many ways in which Aerobic Oxygen can be taken to benefit your   life.

  • As a dietary supplement for health training or when ill: take 20 drops, 3 times a day, in a glass of water.
  • For health mainenance and support: 10 drops 3 times a day in a glass of water
  • To purify liquids: Add approximately 5 drops per 8 oz glass of water, juice, milk, etc.. You can add 10 drops per gallon of water to inhibit the growth of disease bacteria. Add 20 drops per gallon, or 2 oz for 45 to 55 gallons of water for longer storage.
  • With toothpaste: tooth decay and gum problems are caused by infectious bacteria. You can place 2-3 drops on your tooth brush to inhibit disease bacteria.
  • To control bacteria contamination: on vegetables, seafood, poultry or pork, add 60 drops to a gallon of water. Then spray or dip the item for 30 seconds or more. When the water becomes dirty, it can be filtered through a coffee filter and re-used.
  • As a mouth wash: add 10 drops 3 times in 2 ounces of water. Swirl in mouth or gargle with it for 60 seconds or more.
  • Aerobic Oxygen is safe for all ages as it is not a drug and can therefore be used at any time. Vomiting and diarrhoea may occur if too large a dose is taken, but any symptoms will stop as soon as the dose in decreased.

    Used as directed it is virtually tasteless and odourless.

    It has also been used very successfully on plants and animals.

    A bottle of Aerobic Oxygen contains 60 ml/2 fl oz.

    To use as a supplement add required number of drops to any cold drink.
